Refund policy

All our customers enjoy the right of withdrawal exercisable without any penalty, to withdraw from the contract according to the provision of art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185

This allows you to return the product, upon communication within 14 days from the receipt of the same, obtaining its replacement with another product or reimbursement of the fee paid excluding shipping costs.

The only expenses that will be requested will be shipping.

The products can be returned or changed for factory defects and/or malfunction and wrong size. Once the product has been received and the packaging is received, check the integrity of the purchased goods immediately. In case of return or reimbursement:

1. The cost of transport will not be refunded.

2. The return expenses are borne by the customer.

Only the cost of the product will be refunded if the purchased product is not available for replacement or if the customer makes an explicit request to not want to receive the object anymore!

 In the event of withdrawal, a letter must be attached inside the package in which it must be specified: name and surname, username (the one from which the purchase was made), telephone number, reason for the return and date of purchase.

Analyzed the situation will be refunded the amount specified or if a replacement made.

The packaging must be prepared in a suitable way for the transport of the same, with the same packaging received or alternatively with an packaging of similar robustness so that the package falls within perfect condition.

Returns of products shipped without packaging or without a layer of protection will not be accepted.

Where compliance with at least one of the points listed above was lacking Selfie srlsreserves the right not to accept any return.

ATTENTION

In case of damage to the good during transport, the company Selfie srls will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following the receipt of the asset in his warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); In this eventuality, the product will be returned, with shipping costs to be paid by the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.

Society Selfie srls It does not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to evaluate any damage or tampering not deriving from transport.

In case of reimbursement:

The refund will be automatically sent to your credit card or the original payment method, within 7 working days

In the event of a change of mind:

Any object to be sent to the Customer will be agreed together with the Customer.

N.B. Additional costs may be applied if the customer chooses goods with a higher value. The costs for additional shipping are always borne by the customer.

Delay of the reimbursement or missing:

If you have requested the refund, but you have not yet received it, we advise you to contact the credit card company or your bank, as it may be necessary for time before the refund is officially registered.
